What you’ll do

  • Build agents with the Claude, OpenAI and Gemini APIs: tool use, retrieval, structured outputs and multi-step workflows
  • Connect agents to HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, BigQuery, Slack and CMS platforms through APIs, webhooks, n8n or Make
  • Write test sets and evaluations, and re-run them after every prompt or model change
  • Build guardrails: least-privilege access, human approval steps, action logs and an off switch
  • Package reusable agents as Claude Skills and templates for our catalog
  • Explain trade-offs in cost, speed and accuracy to non-technical clients

What you bring

  • 3+ years of software development, with JavaScript/TypeScript or Python in production
  • Experience with REST APIs, OAuth, webhooks and serverless functions
  • A habit of writing tests and documentation someone else can follow
  • Clear written communication with clients and teammates

How you use AI

  • Shipped at least one LLM-powered feature, agent or automation that real people use, and can show how you measured it
  • Hands-on with prompt design, tool/function calling and evaluation, not just chat interfaces
  • Use AI coding assistants daily, and review and test everything they produce
  • Can explain when an agent is the wrong answer and a simple automation is better

Nice to have

  • Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers
  • Vector databases and retrieval
  • Marketing or sales operations experience
  • Experience with Claude Code or similar agentic coding tools
