AI agents & automation
Meet the ATL Crew.
Answer. Track. Launch.
Three AI agents that work together across your marketing: Ari answers calls and leads, Tate tracks what’s working, and Lane launches campaigns. Your team stays in charge of every step that matters.
The crew
Three specialists, one team.
Each agent has one clear job, works in your existing tools, and knows what it isn’t allowed to do without a person.

One source of truth
The crew shares your CRM and analytics, so every handoff carries its context and nothing lives in a side system.
Checkpoints, not autopilot
Customer-facing, costly and irreversible steps wait for a person. Low-risk steps run on their own.
Every action logged
What each agent saw, decided and did, so you can review it, explain it and improve it.
Who’s in charge
People set the goals and make the calls.
Your team
Sets goals, approves anything customer-facing, costly or irreversible, and takes the conversations that need a person.
ATL Martech
Builds and connects the crew, tests it before launch, and runs AgentOps: monitoring, re-testing and monthly reporting.
- 64%
of customers would prefer companies didn't use AI for customer service, mostly because it gets harder to reach a person.
Gartner, 2024 - 7x
more likely to qualify a lead when a company responds within an hour instead of later.
Harvard Business Review, 2011
Customers want AI that saves them time and a person when they need one. That’s why every crew member can hand off to your team.
How to start
Start with one. Add the crew.
Most clients start with the agent that removes the biggest bottleneck, prove it in a pilot, then add the others. The same packages apply: an Agent Opportunity Workshop, a pilot, build and integrate, then AgentOps.
- Ari firstIf calls, chats and leads slip through the cracks.
- Tate firstIf reporting eats hours and nobody trusts the numbers.
- Lane firstIf campaigns stall between brief, build and QA.
FAQ
About the ATL Crew
Are Ari, Tate and Lane real people?
No. They're AI agents with names, so your team has an easy way to refer to them ("ask Tate for the weekly numbers"). Each one introduces itself as an AI assistant where it talks to customers.
Do we need all three?
No. Most clients start with one, usually Ari for calls and leads or Tate for reporting, prove it in a pilot, then add the others. They're designed to work alone or together.
How do they work together?
Through the systems you already use, mainly your CRM and analytics. When Ari books a lead, the record carries the context; Lane picks it up to draft the follow-up, and Tate connects the result back to the campaign. Every handoff is logged.
Will they replace our team?
They take the repetitive, multi-step work off your team: answering routine calls, pulling numbers, drafting and checking. People stay in charge of strategy, approvals and every conversation that needs a person.
Can we rename them or use them for our clients?
Yes. Agencies can run the crew under their own brand as a white-label setup, and any business can give the agents names that fit its own voice.
What does it cost?
Every engagement starts with the fixed-scope Agent Opportunity Workshop, then a fixed-price pilot for the first agent. Platform usage (AI models, phone minutes) is estimated up front from your volumes.
Next step
Put the ATL Crew to work.
Start with an Agent Opportunity Workshop. We’ll find where an agent saves your team the most time, and plan the first one with you.
