Refund policy

This page explains how payments, cancellations and refunds work with ATL Martech.

We don’t sell anything on this website

You can’t buy a product or pay for a service through atlmartech.com, and we never ask for payment details on the site. The initial 30-minute call is free.

Engagements

Every engagement starts with a written proposal or statement of work that sets out the scope, price, payment schedule and what happens if either side cancels. You review and sign it before any work starts or any invoice is issued. Those signed terms decide whether a refund is due.

Unless your signed agreement says otherwise:

• You pay only for work performed and expenses you approved in writing.
• If you cancel, we invoice for work completed up to the cancellation date and refund any prepaid amount for work not yet performed.
• If we can’t deliver something we agreed to, we’ll either fix it or refund the fees for that part of the work.

Billing questions

If you think an invoice is wrong, email contact@atlmartech.com with the invoice number. We’ll review it and, if we made a mistake, correct it and refund any overpayment to the original payment method.
