Our services are covered by separate agreements

Product and company names mentioned on this site, such as Google Analytics, Adobe, HubSpot, Salesforce, Shopify and WordPress, are trademarks of their owners. We mention them to describe the platforms we work with. Unless we say so, we have no partnership with or endorsement from those companies.

The fonts used on this site are licensed under the SIL Open Font License; the license files are published with the site.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the site to break the law, send spam or malicious code, try to gain unauthorized access, overload or disrupt it, or collect other people’s information. You may crawl the site for search indexing and AI answer engines in line with our robots.txt file.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these terms. The version posted here, with its effective date, is the one that applies.
