MarTech consulting services

Marketing technology consulting that gets the tools you already pay for working together, and stops you paying for the ones you don't need.

What it is

Marketing technology (MarTech) consulting helps organizations choose, integrate and get value from the software that runs their marketing: CRM, automation, analytics, tag management, content and personalization platforms. ATL MarTech doesn't take referral fees from vendors, so recommendations are based on what fits.

Who it’s for

  • Teams with overlapping tools, low adoption or rising software costs
  • Companies choosing or replacing a CRM, automation or analytics platform
  • Organizations whose systems don't share data, so every report needs a spreadsheet

The problem

What we’re usually called in to fix.

  • Tool sprawl

Platforms added one at a time, with overlapping features and nobody sure what's still in use.

  • Disconnected data

CRM, automation, ads and analytics each hold a different version of the customer.

  • Implementations that stalled

Good platforms set up to do a fraction of what they can.

Five layers, one plan Strategy, experience, technology, data and measurement, planned together. ↺ What you learn goes into the next plan

How we set it up. The same plan runs through every layer, and what the numbers show goes back into the next round of decisions.

What you get

What you’ll have at the end.

Measured by software spend against utilization, integration coverage (which systems share which data), and time saved on manual reporting and data work.

Why ATL MarTech

The people who plan it also build it.

  • Senior practitioners. We’ve built and run marketing technology programs at enterprise scale. You get that experience without a big-firm team around it.
  • Planned with everything else. Before we start, we look at how this work affects your strategy, your other tools and your data.
  • Independent. We don’t take referral fees from software vendors.
  • Fixed scope. Every proposal lists the deliverables and the timeline.
  • Nationwide, remote or onsite. We work with companies across the U.S. and travel to you for workshops, kickoffs, training and implementation.

FAQ

MarTech consulting: common questions

All frequently asked questions

Are you affiliated with any software vendors?

No. ATL MarTech is platform-independent and doesn't take referral fees, so recommendations are based on your requirements, budget and team.

Can you implement the platforms you recommend?

Yes. Implementation is core to what we do. We configure, integrate and document platforms rather than handing over a list of suggestions.

Are you a MarTech consulting agency?

We're a consultancy that also implements. Like an agency, we do the hands-on work: configuration, integration, migration and tagging. Unlike most agencies, we don't run your campaigns or resell software, so our advice on which tools to keep, replace or connect stays independent.

What's included in MarTech strategy consulting?

A review of your goals, customer journey and current tools, then a target-state stack, the data flows between systems, a prioritized roadmap with costs, and the ownership and governance to keep it working. Most clients then have us build the first phase.

Do you handle integration as well as strategy?

Yes. Most engagements connect CRM, marketing automation, analytics, ad platforms and the website, so leads, customers and conversions carry the same IDs and definitions across systems. We test every integration and document it for your team.

Which platforms do you work with?

Common ones include Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics, Tealium, Segment, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, WordPress and Shopify, along with many others.
